Winter Board Motions

Motion to make proposed fee changes and require national association membership in order to participate in the All-American program, changes to be effective January 1, 2021. Motion passed.

Motion to add the following judges to the Judges List: Tim Abbott, Matt Henkes, Mandi Bue, Mike Moyers, and Hayden Hauschildt. Motion passed.

Motion that any leased animals are recognized for open group shows for breeder and exhibitor awards. Motion passed.

Motion that breeders will be charged directly starting January 1, 2022, for credit card fees when using a credit card to pay for work. Such fees will be determined by the credit card processing company at that time. Motion passed.

Summer Board Motions

Motion to do auto renewals on Bulletin Subscriptions that are expiring at the end of the year. Motion passed.

Motion to approve financial report from 2019. Motion passed.

Motion to have BSHS select 10 prefixes to retire at the next annual meeting. Motion passed.

Motion to have a single fee for the registration of flushes set at $20 effective July 1, 2020. Motion passed.

Motion that the Board of Directors will not designate any new National Shows for the 2020 show year. Motion passed.

Motion that the nominating committee for the 2020 All-American contest will be made up of six judges. The All American Nominating Committee will consist of the judges from the remaining National shows plus the judges of the largest Brown Swiss All-American qualifying shows, who are on the National approved judges list. Motion passed.
